What to Expect During Your Massage
The Massage Session
A full body massage session is generally an hour long and will include work
on your arms, legs, feet, hands, face, neck, shoulders and back. For your privacy and comfort, you will be professionally draped during your entire session. Based on our consultation, I will design the session to meet your needs; depending on your situation. I may focus on one or more specific
areas during the session. I am genuinely concerned about your health
and well-being. I will be happy to work with you and your health care
advisors to coordinate therapies that will assist you in meeting your
wellness or fitness goals.
